2023: CampHope Orlu Fed Constituency Endorses Uzodinma,Omeogo, Appeals To Others To Join Suit

Ahead of 2023 Imo Guber, the Orlu Federal Constituency has adopted the incumbent Governor and their Son, Senator Hope Uzodinma for yet another tenure as Imo State Governor.

The said group also adopted the APC candidate for Orlu, Orsu and Oru East Federal Constituency, Hon. High Chief Canice Moore C. Nwachukwu to represent the Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives ahead of the next election.

The group who disclosed this in a Communique issued after an intensive meeting on Monday the 20th day of February 2023 however resolved that given the achievements made by the State Governor, Sen. Hope Uzodinma within the last few years he has held sway as the State number one Citizen, he needs to be supported with another term to enable him complete most of his numerous projects scattered across the State.

The Communique which was signed by Hon. Nze Nnaemeka R.A Egole, Coordinator CampHope Orsu LGA, Hon Greg Ngaonadi Nwosu Coordinator CampHope Orlu LGA as well as Hon.

Chigozie Chukwuma Coordinator CampHope Oru East LGA. further marshalled out points and reasons why Omeogo should be supported to represent the Constituency at the Green Chambers.

As contained in the Communique, the said Chief Canice Nwachukwu aside being a grassroot politician has also paid his dues in APC as well as a strong supporter and Ally of the incumbent Governor, Hope Uzodinma.

Why we should not think twice in adopting and supporting Omeogo is partly because he is a grassrooted politician as well as a person who will not only represent our Constituency effectively at the Green Chambers but our Party, the APC, the Communique reads in part.

In the Communique, the people further appealed with those causing commotion in Orlu Federal Constituency and Imo in general to seize fire in interest of peace and co existence of the people of the Constituency.

The group who further used the medium to express gratitude to Owerri Zone and Okigwe Zones for adopting Uzodinma for a second however appealed with the opposition parties to sheath their sword and support the Uzodinma led administration which they said has performed creditably.

We also use the forum to appeal with our brothers in the opposition to join hands and deliver Uzodinma for another term since he has used this period to show and prove to all and sundry that he is indeed prepared to govern Imo, the Communique hinted.
