:Declares Support For Obi/Datti
: Multitude Defects To Labour.
Ahead of 2023 Imo Guber, one of the Imo born Professors, Professor Protus Nathan Uzorma has declared interest to run for the office of number one citizen of Imo State.
This is even as he declared Support for Obi/Datti presidency.
The declaration which took place at Uzorma’s county home in Isu Local Government had in attendance people from different walks of life as multitude across party lines used the opportunity to defect to Labour party.
Addressing the crowd that graced the event,Prof Uzorma,a social crusader and Writer revealed that 2023 has been set aside by God to clean the tears of the poor Nigerians by given unto us like Christ,Peter Obi and Datti to restore the dignity of the nation Nigeria hence it now lies on our hands to vote them in irrespective of money inducement which those same bad leaders and eggs in our Society are going to bring during the election.
Prof Uzorma, a Philosopher turned politician while describing Peter Obi as a round peg in a round hole when it comes to the issue of leadership prowess told the audience to waste no further time in collecting their PVCs which according to him are the weapon to vote out bad leadership and leaders that have turned the Country upside down.
On his 2023 Guber ambition under the platform of the Labour party, Prof Uzorma,a former Governorship Deputy candidate in Imo revealed that he is coming to bring total transformation and Reformation in all all sectors in Imo, particularly the education and judiciary sectors.
According to the young professor of Philosophy,he would ensure that independent of judiciary is enthroned in Imo adding that no state grows when the judiciary has no indepence or being manipulated by the Executive.
On the issue of education,Prof Uzorma revealed that his Government would subsidize education system in such a way that Students would not be made to pay through their nose while in the School.
Responding to the question on reasons behind his interest in the Guber as a citizen of Orlu while majority of Imo people are clamouring for equitable distribution of the seat of Governor, Uzorma pointed out that what every lover of Imo at the moment should do now is cry unto God to send us a Messiah to Change the narratives in the State and where the person hails from should not matter.
It is my constituional right to run for Imo Governor in next election and what I think Imo people need at this point is a person with the necessary endowments to move the State forward and not the other way round,he said.
The high point of the event was prayers by the elders of the Communities for the Aspirant as well as the resolution by different youths groups to support the Guber ambition of the said Professor
