A good number of Nigerian youths presently have gathered at Ikeja Undebridge where according to reports, they are expected to move to Ojota.
The agry youths who gathered in the morning were chanting solidarity songs and holding placards calling for better governance.
Meanwhile, the protest is taking place amid tight security presence including the police, LNSC, and civil defense.
Although there were scanty vehicles on the roads like the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and the Alausa routes, youths in their hundreds are however marching from the Underbridge.
Recall that the protest happening as a result of current economic hardship in the country began today and is planned to last till August 10.
Presently Nigerians seem to be demonstrating their grievances against hunger, insecurity, unemployment, poor infrastructural facilities, etc.
