Nigerian President, Muhamadu Buhari has finally admitted the wrongs of his party, the APC. This is even as he askes Nigerians for forgiveness and patience over the shortcomings of his administration.
Buhari who said this during APC presidential campaign rally in Kastina State on Monday also promised that the next administration under APC’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Tinubu, will correct these shortcomings and continue from where he left off.
Buhari who also went ahead to attributed Nigeria’s economic crunch to COVID-19 and other challenges also urged the people to vote Tinubu.
Meanwhile, the president still emphasized that his administration has made some credible achievements irrespective of all odds.
However, the APC flag bearer, Bola Ahmed Tinubu reassured the people of APC’s determination to fight against terrorism and support those affected by it.
Governor Masari who was also present during the campaign rally, characterized the presidential race as a battle between light (represented by Tinubu and APC) and darkness. Revealing that Tinubu donated N100m to the families of the 41 Katsina residents killed by terrorists.
