Ahead of Orlu Assembly election, the APC candidate, Dr Barr Ikenna Ihezuo has called on the people of Orlu not to support his future Political aspirations if he fails to provide adequate representation or fails to live up to his campaign promises.
This is even as he revealed that he chose to run for the State Assembly seat after contesting for the Federal House of Representatives just to help Orlu people harness the endowed potentials by bringing up legislations that would compel the State Government to take necessary actions in the area.
Ihezuo who disclosed this in a press release signed by his media team as made available to Lead regretted how the incumbent House member was unable to have any Bill or law to his credit after almost four years of his representation.
In the said release, Ihezuo pointed out that if elected as House of Assembly member, he would foremost come up with motions that would be made bills and laws which would see to the re roofing of all the markets in Orlu and that according to him would boost the confort and interests of Orlu women who are predominantly traders.
Ihezuo, an American trained lawyer who has been in active practice in Nigeria for over Twenty years however regretted how most of the rural Roads in Orlu are no longer in use said that laws would be made which will compel the State Government to include most of such Roads in the yearly budget.
Orlu people are predominantly traders and Farmers, our rural Roads would be made to work again to enable the Farmers transport the farm produce to markets with ease,he said.
It would be recalled that Ihezuo contested keenly for Orlu,Orsu and Oru East Federal Constituency in the 2019 elections.
