Ahead of 2027 Imo Gube,r, odds appear to be favouring the former Governor of Imo Stste,Chief Ikedi Ohakim. This follows the call by another Orlu Son and youth leader, Darlington Uzoahia on Imo People to support Ohakim to complete what he described as his truncated tenure which according to him has brought about the controversy surrounding the charter Of equity in Imo politics.
Recall that Uzoahia had six years ago as the then National youth President of Orlu Zurumee appealed to Imo People to vote for Ohakim which according to him would restore the tenets and principles of the charter Of Equity in Imo adding that with Ohakim on the throne, the plans of our forefathers that founded the principle of charter Of equity would be at peace. It would be recalled that this call on Imo to support Ohakim ‘s second tenure has been made recently by many Imo people, particularly those from Orlu Zone. One of such calls was made by a youth mobiliser, Prince Izunna Obiefule who last Friday appealed to Uzodinma led administration and Imo People in general to consider and support Ohakim for finish his truncated one remaining term. In the said report public by Lead Express,Obiefule made it clear that serenity would be restored in Imo politics if Ohakim is allowed to complete his second term in the 2027 polls in Imo. Uzoahia who disclosed this on a release signed by himself and made available to Lead, the national youth leader and mobiliser who is the Chairman Dynamic Group of companies and CEO Dynamic Synergy appealed to Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma to toe the line of masses by supporting our Okigwe zone brothers to complete their tenure with Ohakim adding that after which another zone will seamlessly take over the ladder. In the said release, Uzoahia who is presently the CEO, Dynamic Property Hub Treasures used to appeal to the people of Orlu Zone where he hails from as well as the people of Owerri Zone not to run rather should support Chief Ohakim who he described as the only solution to the controversy surrounding Imo charter Of equity.
