Estate Surveyor And Valuer Advises On Erection Of Structures

A renowned Estate Surveyor, and Valuer Chief Chijioke Williams has advised Imo citizens and land developers to adhere strictly to state regulations before embarking on erection of structures.

Hon. Williams an All Progressives Congress, APC leader in the state gave this advice in an interview in Owerri.

The pioneer Mayor of Owerri and the 2023 APC Owerri Federal Constituency House of Reps Candidate said abiding by the guidelines on structural development and development control in urban land administration would enhance the beauty of Owerri capital city in line with the Urban Renewal programme of the APC led government in the state and provisions of the Owerri Twin City Masterplan.

The internationally recognized Estate Surveyor and Valuer said erecting structures indiscriminately posed an eye sour and a threat to the environment.

He blamed the narrow state of some local and state roads on the erection of structures without strictly complying with government specifications and called on citizens to help the government in its reconstruction, rehabilitation and recovery agenda.
