The superior in-charge of Grace of Comfort Church Parish, Obaloran Quarters, in Ile-Ife Osun state, Most Superior Evangelist Olagbaju Moris Gbade Fadehan, has allegedly been murdered by his assistant, Evangelist Olalekan Ogundipe, in the church premises.
Reports available to LeadExpress revealed that on Monday February 26, the assistant Evangelist Ogundipe had a conflict with his superior, Fadehan which degenerated into a fight.
This happened on Monday evening after the close of their evening service. The fight between the two clergy degenerated into a serious conflict leading to the suspect allegedly stabbing Superior Fadehan. An act that instantly caused him to die on the spot.
Reports also revealed that the suspect, Assistant Evangelist Ogundipe thereafter allegedly set the deceased superior Evangelist Fadehan ablaze with his sutana on him.
Meanwhile, the suspect was immediately apprehended and handed over to the police who revealed that investigation into the incident had commenced.
