How man kills sister, buries twin babies in shallow grave in Umuahia

Report reaching us from Afar in Umuahia Abia state has it that a young man alleged to be under a spell has murdered his older sister and her twin babies.

This unfortunate incident according to our source occurred on Tuesday night of February 18, 2025, at Umuokogbuo, at Ndagbo Community, in Afara of Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia State.

According to a source who spoke to our reporter base on anonymity disclosed that the young man whose age could not be ascertained as at the time of filing this report, was caught red-handed, by some youths of the community while depositing the corpse of his late sister whom he murdered in cold blood.

According to our reliable source, the youths upon catching sight of the sister’s lifeless body became curious as to the whereabouts of the deceased’s twin babies, (genders withheld). It was gathered that the suspect immediately took to his heels as the youths approached the scene.

During a telephone interview, the source said that: the youths alongside some men of the Nigeria Police Force went into the bush in search of him as he ran away from his compound immediately the youths saw him dump his late sister’s body. And up till now, the young man has not been found.”

Speaking further, the source revealed that further intense search exposed a shallow grave wherein it was discovered that the suspect also killed and buried the sister’s twin babies.

When asked if he perpetrated the act under the influence of alcohol or demonic manipulation of some sort perhaps, the source said that the suspect has being behaving abnormally for some time before the incident. Adding that the youths, DSS and the police are looking for him in the bush.
