Izunaso Continues Fulfillment of Campaign Promises

:Empowers Another 100 Orlu Indigenes In Agriculture.

Given the paucity of white cola jobs which hitherto has resulted in the ongoing hunger in Nigeria, Senator representing Imo West in the Senate, Senator Osita Izunaso had over the weekend empowered another set of Orlu Zone Indigenes in a modern Agriculture and farming.
The empowerment which is the 6th in the series had the one hundred participants undergone one week training organized by the resource persons in modern Agriculture and farming.
Addressing the participants after donation of take- off grant, Izunaso advised the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the opportunity adding that the empowerment was in fulfilment of the promises made during his 2023 Senatorial campaign.
The Senator who further revealed that in no distant time, another set of people would be empowered in Agriculture made it clear that the Federal Ministry of Agriculture which partners with KPAKPANDO foundation in this exercise would from time to time visit the farms of the beneficiaries to ascertain their progress as well as challenges.
I want to see you produsing various kinds of farm produce within the next three months .
I also encourage you to come together and form cooperatives to enable you get further assistance from the Federal Ministry of Agriculture through our foundation, he said Earlier in his speech, the Chairman of Orlu Zone Council of Traditional Rulers, HRH Eze Dr. T.A Obiefule expressed gratitude to Izunaso who according to him has empowered more than Three Thousand Indigenes of Orlu Zone in modern farming and Agriculture.
Obiefule while describing Izunaso as an asset to Orlu Zone and Imo in general revealed that the Orlu Zone traditional Rulers has concluded arrangements to install him with a chieftains title that has never been given to any person in the area as a way of showing gratitude for what he has been doing.
According to the Monarch, Izunaso has been in forefront of Orlu getting a state of its own from Imo.
