Izunaso Empowers Another Set of Constituents on Poultry Provides Take Off Grant Others

Senator representing Imo West Senatorial District, Senator Osita Izunaso has empowered another set of Constituents in another branch of farming, the Poultry.
This is even as he provided those that scaled through the training the take off grant as well as the birds to take off.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the event held in Owerri over the weekend, Izunaso revealed that the essence of teaching the people on the mechanised farming was in line with his campaign promises of providing the Constituents with an alternative to white -Collar jobs which according to him was no where to be found in the present Nigeria.
Izunaso who urged the participants to make judicious use of the opportunity to become notable farmers in Nigeria however urged them to group themselves into corporatives to enable them receive further assistance from the Federal Ministry of Agriculture.
Earlier in their training, the resource persons drilled the participants in various topics such as how to access Poultry farming grants and funding in Nigeria, Poultry health and biosecurity,Poultry breeding and hatchery management .
Others include farm management and business operations, saving cost in Poultry farming amongst others.
Recall that Senator Izunaso had since assumption of office empowered over five thousand Constituents in various farming.
