Mbano National Assembly in USA has joined many Nigerians of good will in total condemnation of the recent killing of Security Personnel in Mbano.
The group further kicked against the reprisal attack by Nigerian soldiers which according to them led to destruction of the properties of the innocent people amid hardship in Imo and Nigeria in general.
Media space was awash few days ago with the horrible news of killing of Security Personnel as well as the reprisal attack by the Soldiers.
In a release signed by the the Secretary General of the group, Mazi Obioma Iwuagwu,, the National PRO, Nze Charles Ekpe as well as the the National President, Sir Basil Njoku and made available to Lead, the group charged the Governments at all levels to investigate and ensure that the perpetrators are made to face the full weight of the law.
The group further used the medium to call on Imo Stakeholders to ensure that the November 11 Governorship election in Imo is free and fair.
