Abia State Governor,Otti has accused his predecessor, Okezie Ikpeazu of Embezzling Ten Billion naira for the construction of non existed Abia Airport.
This is even as he accused same of paying Seventy nine billion to Seven contractors for a contract not executed adding that same former Governor paid 15. Billion to 63 Contractors without supporting documents.
Otti who revealed this on a trending video where he described corruption as one of the major setbacks in governance however called on all Nigerians to rise up against the monster.
According to Otti, he engaged the services of a top notch Audit firm to investigate most of the contracts done by Ikpeazu while on seat as Governor.
The audit report according to the Governor was terrifying as the Governor claimed Ten Billion was paid for the construction of Abia Airport which according to him, the Airport could not be seen any where in Abia four years after his tenure has elapsed.
