Tribunal will by Monday February 4 hear the suit between the NNPP Governorship Candidate in the 2023 election in Imo, Hon Uche Ben Odunzeh, the APC Governorship Candidate, Senator Hope Uzodinma and INEC.
Odunzeh had after the declaration of Uzodinma as the winner of the Governorship election held in Imo, dragged him along side INEC to Court, praying amongst Others for the cancellation of the election on the grounds that his party Logo was not legible.
The matter which was heard last week in Abuja was adjourned to Monday February 4th.
Speaking to Journalists after the Court sitting, Odunzeh,a real Estate guru turned politician expressed confidence that Judiciary as the last hope of the common man will do the right thing he said.
