Mr Onyenaucheya Princewill Uchechukwu, a native of Umuna in Orlu Local Government Area of Imo State has been on the run following report to the police of his Membership of the proscribed Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) as well as his refusal to serve “Ogwugwu” shrine as Chief Priest in line with customs and tradition of the Community.
Investigation carried out by this medium revealed that the said Princewill Uchechukwu Onyenaucheya ran to an unknown destination when the Monarch of his Community petitioned the Police accusing him of refusal to serve Ogwugwu shrine of the Community as the only surviving son of his late father, Mr. Magnus Onyenaucheya.
A source from the Family of the said Princewill Uchechukwu Onyenaucheya which chose to speak on the guise of anonymity hinted this paper that the accused ran away from the Village after alleged failed two attempts to pick him up by the Nigerian Police Force.
Same family source however revealed that young Princewill Uchechukwu Onyenaucheya was coerced to serve the Ogwugwu shrine adding that his late Father refused to serve same Shrine which led to his death.
It could be recalled that the activities of the IPOB have been banned by the Federal Government of Nigeria and any person caught will be sentenced upon prosecution.
Princewill Uchechukwu Onyenaucheya will be prosecuted and sentenced if caught.
