Member representing Orlu State Constituency in Imo State House of Assembly,Dr Barr Ikenna Ihezuo has opened up on allegation by the APC LGA party Chairman of Orlu,Prince Stanley Nwosu (Ochinawata)
This is even as he described the publication as a failed plot to malign his long built reputation by the said Ochinawata and hisl ikes.
Orlu House member who disclosed this in a Press release signed by his Media Assistant, Oliver Nzeribe as made available to Lead described the said Ochinawata as a willngn tool in the hands of those he described as political foes .
Recall that the said APC Chairman, Stanley Nwosu had on Watchdog Newspapers of Tuesday of June 4th, accused Ihezuo of failed attempt to convert 65 Bags of Rice given to Orlu people by Uzodinma led administration to cushion the biting effects of subsidy removal.
Speaking in the release, Ihezuo,an American trained Technocrat and a practising Lawyer with many years standing revealed that the offense he committed against the APC Chairman was his refusal that the benefiaries of the palliative to pay certain money before the Rice would be given to them.
Ihezuo in the release revealed that his second offence that warranted his refusal that five bags be deducted from each of the Thirteen Wards that make up Orlu LGA and be given to the Chairman was another of his offence.
Ihezuo who used the forum to call on all his supporters and Orlu people in general to as usual ignore what he described as ” one of such antics of Ochinawata and his co travellers to blackmail him made it clear that same Ochinawata had few days ago maligned him in various platforms, telling the public that his efforts by way of motion which he presented in the House of Assembly that saw to our Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma awarding contract for the abandoned old Owerri Road to be reconstructed never took place.
Describing as uncalled for, situation where a party Chairman like Ochinawata would engage a card carrying member of Labour party to malign his APC member, Ihezuo called on leadership of the APC to call him to order before he destroys the Party.
