:Gov Performs Ground Breaking.
Member representing Owerri West State Constituency in Imo House of Assembly,Rt Hon Kanayo Onyemaechi has described Imo State Governor,Senator Hope Uzodinma as a gift to Imo People.
This is even as the Governor had over the weekend performed grand breaking ceremony of the new Multi Million naira Shopping Mall named after former President of Nigeria,Olusegun Obasanjo.
Addressing the Press after the event, Onyemaechi who is also the Majority leader Imo State House of Assembly revealed that at the inception of Uzodinma as Governor, he knew that he was coming to change the narrative in governance pointing out that Uzodinma has indeed proved him right.
When Dist Sen Hope Uzodinma took over as the Governor of Imo State, I personally had no doubt he was going to turn the state around through the influx of projects upon projects.
My intuition has never deceived me,he said.
According to Onyemaechi, in the area of Road network, Uzodinma has virtually fixed all the major Roads in Imo.
Today, the Owerri/ Orlu Road and Owerri Okigwe Road which have been death traps have become talks of the town,he said.
Onyemaechi who used the forum to call on leaders, particularly those that would take over from him as Governors to emulate the leadership style of the Governor.
Today, the ground breaking ceremony of the Owerri Central Market Complex has taken place.
This is one project that has never been seen in the entire West Africa.
The Owerri Central Market Complex is one monumental and eternal project that posterity will keep smiling fairly at the Governor.
Today, it is obvious Our Darling Governor, Dist. Sen. Hope Uzodinma is a blessing to Imo People.
