Prof. Onyirimba Congratulates Nduka on Appointment

Prof. Lloyd Onyirimba has Congratulated his brother and friend, Rt Hon. Emeka Nduka on what he described as a well-deserved appointment as the Managing Director of the Anambra-Imo River Basin Development Authority.
