A group, Isiala Mbano Progressive Youths has endorsed Hon. Princess Miriam Onuoha as its House of Representatives candidate for the forthcoming general elections.
The group vowed to ensure she wins the poll.
Speaking during its meeting in Owerri, Wednesday, one of the leaders of the group, Chief Emeka Ibe (Onwa Mbano) said he came out openly to support Princess Onuoha because he so much believes in her and was convinced that she would do more in her second term.
Onwa Mbano submitted that Hon. Onuoha’s track record will speak more volume for her, adding that she has really touched almost all the communities in Okigwe North through her quality representation.
In his speech, Hon. Ogemdi Ibeawuchi (Ogidi Mbano) stated that only Princess Miriam Onuoha can bring total emancipation in Okigwe North, adding that she has really displayed her capacity in her first tenure.
Ogidi Mbano maintained that Isiala Mbano Progressive Youths have all it takes to be contented with, stressing that they were not endorsing and supporting Princess Onuoha because of money but, because they have seen that she means well for Okigwe North and has really done well in her first term.
Ogidi noted that majority of Mbano youths have returned home to deliver Princess Onuoha, reassuring that Onuoha will not disappoint.
Ogidi Mbano urged well meaning Isiala Mbano youths, Onuimo and Okigwe local government areas to stand behind Princess Onuoha.
Speaking also, a notable personality in Mbano, Hon. Pope Ekwe said the youths do not support who is not doing well and whom they are not sure of, adding that they have seen that Princess Miriam Onuoha has all it takes to totally change the narrative in Okigwe North, hence their support for her.
Ekwe, known as Utali Okigwe, maintained that Princess Onuoha has done more than her predecessors, adding that they will make sure she records victory.
In their remarks, Hon. Promise Awuzie and Hon. Ibeawuchi Igboeruche (IBB na Oboh) assured of victory for Princess Onuoha.
Other people who were present in the meeting are; Prince Mike Akunesiobike, Hon. Chigaemezu Iwueze, Chizzy Wizzy, Prince Chuks Amaku, Ajibade na Mbano, Ayo Mbano, Chief Ugo na efe efe, Arinze Eziama and host of others
