The leader of the ratel community and a social media commentator VeryDarkMan has been sued for one billion naira character defamation by award winning gospel singer Mercy Chinwo.
Recall that in a previous post made in February, VDM as fondly called by friends had accused Chinwo of diverting funds made from her shows without compensating her record label owned by Ezikiel Onuedikachukwu, and as well violating her contract with the label before leaving.
However in a lawsuit dated March 3, Chinwo’s lawyer had described VDM’s words as being damaging, libelious, and malicious to the singers name, thus a 1 billion naira lawsuit had Sued against him.
