Hundreds of Traders at the popular World Bank Market, particularly, Dealers on Livestock have collectively commended the President of ISAMATA, Hon.Emmanuel Ezeanochie (Chenco) for restoring peace in the market place.

The commendation from the Traders came as a result of the recent visitation of peace tour by the office of the President of ISAMATA and his peacemaking team to the market days ago.

Lead Express that monitored the activities at the market gathered that the visit of the President of ISAMATA and his team had obviously attracted the current reign of peace at the market following the lingering crisis that erupted during the time some certain people in the market proposed to build lockup shops but was halted.

Though, the ongoing project (dwarf wall perimeter fence) in front of the market is a welcome development and most appreciated but we want only the dwarf wall as agreed.

“We want the Free Zone Open Space to be protected. That was the reason the Livestock Dealers insisted on erecting a Dwarf Wall at the market as approved by OCDA to delineate trading area from the motor park”, they said.

Dealers on livestock however congratulated Governor Hope Uzodimma on his second term swearing/inauguration ceremonies, described Shared Prosperity Government as Government of the people while the describing administration as perfect in terms of service to humanity and on infrastructural development.

They therefore affirmed their unalloyed support for the government of the day and promised to remain committed, peaceful and law abiding.

In their collective views, the Traders appealed to the President of ISAMATA and the government of Governor Hope Uzodimma to make haste to ensuring that a very peaceful election is conducted at the World Bank Market Owerri for the sake of rapid development and peace as promised by the President of ISAMATA in their last meeting.
