Yuletide Izunaso Distributes Bags of Rice to Constituents

Senator representing Imo West in the Senate, Senator Osita Izunaso has distributed bags of Rice to the Twelve Local Governments of Imo West as gifts to commemorate the birth and celebration of Christ.
This is even as he admonished them to toe the line of peace during and after the event.
Speaking to Lead Express after the distribution held in his Owerri Residence last Sunday, Izunaso who has empowered thousands of Orlu Zone indigenes in mechanized farming revealed that the essence of the sharing was in continuation of his efforts in ensuring that food scarcity which has taken its toll on Nigerians did not significantly affect the people of Orlu Zone.
Recall that the said Izunaso had before now through his “Mkpapando foundation” empowered numerous Orlu Zone indigenes on Fishery, Poultry ,Palm plantation amongst Others where he did not only provide the People with the seedlings but with the take off grant to start up.
On the ongoing Christmas celebration, Izunaso however urged the constituents to see the event as a time to make peace with one another, a time to show love and kindness pointing out that Jesus represents and symbolises love.
While wishing them a happy and prosperous Christmas celebration and new year Izunaso,a two time Senator of the federal Republic of Nigeria and a one time House of Representatives member urged the people to remain supportive of the APC led administration at the center and State assuring them that with time, the ongoing hardship and difficulty would become things of the past.
Earlier in his speech, the Director General of the “Mkpapando foundation” Ford Ozumba charged the Leaders and the Coordinators of Izunaso Campaign Organization to ensure that the Bags of Rice were taken to the Twelve Local Governments of Orlu Zone where the people from various Wards would collect theirs.
